For Glenda Anzualda and Paul Mann, that conversation happened in 2004. But their story really begins in the 1990s, working alongside each of their parents in the IT industry. Both grew up in families where handshake agreements mattered, where you showed up when someone needed help, and where your reputation was everything.

Before founding Lone Cypress Technology, Glenda and Paul were already working side by side in the Information Technology and Audio Visual firm their fathers built together. Glenda sharpened her skills in administrative leadership and client service, while Paul rose through the ranks of IT support over two decades. What they carried forward went beyond technical ability. In Texas, your word is your bond, and showing up for your community comes with the territory.

When they co-founded RRGP Services in 2004 with just four employees, they brought decades of combined experience and a shared vision: build an IT company that felt less like a vendor and more like a trusted neighbor. The kind of partner who answers the phone, knows your name, and genuinely cares whether your business succeeds.

We’ve had a few changes since then, and today, as Lone Cypress Technology, we serve San Antonio businesses with a dedicated team of professionals. We've evolved our services and embraced new technologies, but we've never lost sight of those family values that started it all.

From a Few to Many

When Glenda and Paul started as RRGP Services in 2004, San Antonio's business landscape was changing rapidly. Technology was becoming essential, not optional. But too many IT companies treated their clients like ticket numbers instead of partners.

We took a different path. Drawing on the relationship-first approach both learned from their parents' respective businesses, we grew from three employees in 2004 to over eighty team members by 2014. Each person we brought on board shared our commitment to service excellence and community values.
